At age 10 I heard the call of the drum, music found me, and from that moment on I was hooked on drumming for life. I'm a self-taught drummer and percussionist, who has been playing the drums since I was 10. I have performed in a variety of bands ranging across the spectrum of musical styles. At Florida State University I studied and performed in the Salsa, Balinese Gamelan, and African music ensembles.
The Tongue Drum is an

that is a hybrid of an African
Log Drum, one of the
worlds first instruments
and an ancient Aztec
BoxDrum.
I have been performing on
the African Tongue Drum
or Slit Box for over 20 years.
I have performed countless
times throughout America
and during my travels through
South America, Europe
and as far as Iran.
